Original album had Andrew Offutt handwritten with this photo. While I am not 100 percent certain that this image is Andrew Aloyisius Stanislas Offutt it is my belief that this is the right Andrew. The photo appears to have been taken c. 1880, and was found in a 19th century album acquired by Ryan Shepard that contains portraits of members of a number of Georgetown, D.C. families (including the Fowlers, Herrons, Kings, Pettits, O'Neils/O'Neals, and others).
