She is survived by one stepdaughter Mrs. Sally Lou Helsdon of Indian Shores, Fla., several nieces and nephews and one stepgrandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Frank and Howard Richards. No calling hours will be· held. A service will be conducted at Turner-Myers Funeral Home at 208 N. Jefferson St. at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Dennis Davenport of First Presbyterian Church. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the New Castle Public Library."

She was born September 28, 1863 in Georgetown, KY , a daughter of Walter and Sarah Jane Offutt. Mrs. Perry had resided most of her life in the Fairview community. She was a member of the Baptist church . Her husband Benjmin Perry, died in 1935 and a son Elmer preceded her in death in November 1946. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Walter E. Rees of Fairview, two brothers Daniel Offutt of Miami Florida and William Offutt of Richmond; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral rites will be conducted by the Rev. Walter Crawley Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Moster mortuary here. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
