    Funeral service for Charles Offutt Jr. will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson-Brown-Urban Funeral Home with the Rev. James Orr of the Connersville Central Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in West Point Cemetery near Liberty. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p. m. Wednesday." The obituary would seem to indicate a date of death of April 30, but that would contradict all other records, including the death certificate so I have removed it.

Survivors include a son, Eugene Offutt of Milwaukee, Wisc.; a sister , Mrs. Elsie Wills of Connersville, and three grandchildren, Charles, David and Susie Offutt. Dr. Frank Helme will conduct funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wyatt Moore Memorial where friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery."
