Gary Ball and Mr. Danny Williams officiating. Burial followed in the Pea Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearers were Glenn Offutt, George Offutt, Dickie Offutt, Paul Offutt, Chris Williams and George Appling. Survivors Include three sons, Edward Offutt Jr., David L. Offutt, and James W. Offutt, all of Russellville; one daughter, Martha Williams of Lewisburg; three brothers, Floyd Williams, Bill Williams and Melvin Williams, all of Russellville; one sister, Sally Walker of Epley Station; 12 grand-children and seven great-grandchildren."
