Mrs. Sadler was also given the care and custody of her son, John Thomas Sadler, who was born February 27, 1895, and she is to pay the costs of the proceedings. The divorce was granted on the ground of unfaithfulness, as shown by the testimony taken before a commissioner. Mrs. Sadler stated that she had lived at Cockeysville all her life, and that she was married to her husband December 21, 1893, and lived with him until April 26, 1895. Since that time she had not seen her husband. Col. M. W. Offutt was counsel for Mrs. Sadler."
