     Hannah Evelyn Offutt was born circa 1907 at PA, USA.2,3 She was listed in the 1910 census at Plain Grove Township, Lawrence County, PA, USA, in the household of William J. Offutt Sr. and Maude B. Offutt on April 27, 1910.4 Hannah Evelyn Offutt was listed in the 1920 census at New Castle, Lawrence County, PA, USA, in the household of William J. Offutt Sr. and Maude B. Offutt on January 13, 1920.5 As of January 13, 1920, Hannah Evelyn Offutt was also known as Hannah Ellen Offutt.3 Her married name was Nicholas.6 She died before December 13, 2004.6
