Offutt was also known as Martha Jane Offutt.4 She was listed in the 1870 census of at Stamping Ground Precinct, Scott County, KY, USA, in the household of Thomas Warren Offutt and Mary Ann Offutt on July 7, 1870 as Mariah Offutt.10 Mariah J. Offutt was listed in the 1880 census of at Stamping Ground Precinct, Scott County, KY, USA, in the household of Thomas Warren Offutt and Mary Ann Offutt on June 4, 1880 as Mariah Offutt.11 Her married name was Estes.12 Mariah J. Offutt married William Thomas Estes, son of Notley Estes and Alyana R. Offutt.12 Mariah J.
