She Prior to August 14, 2022 Comfort Marcella Worthington Cockey had been identified as a daughter of Joshua F. Cockey and his wife Henrietta Worthington. However, her Baltimore City Death Certificate lists her as the daughter of Joshua F. Cockey and Sarah Denmead. Research in the 1870 and 1880 Census supports that so she is now identified as a child of the latter couple on August 14, 2022.
