     Otho Offutt was also known as Otho Offutt III.2 He was born in 1788.1 He was Farmer. As of November 2, 1819, Otho Offutt was also known as Otto Offutt.3 He married Agatha Offutt, daughter of James Doull Offutt and Mary Offutt, on November 2, 1819 at Scott County, KY, USA.4,5 Otho Offutt was mentioned in the will of Samuel Offutt on October 13, 1825 at Jessamine County, KY, USA.6,7 Otho Offutt was found in 1829 in the property records at Fayette County, KY, USA.8 He was found in 1830 in the property records at KY, USA.9 He appeared on the census of June 1, 1830 at Fayette County, KY, USA.10 He was mentioned as holding land in the will of James Doull Offutt on November 17, 1830 at Scott County, KY, USA, and that said land was to be for the benefit of his two children, James Doull Offutt's grandchildren, the land to be sold at the same price the land orginally cost, and that Otho Offutt could purchase the land by giving bond and security.11 He was found in 1831 in the property records at KY, USA.12 He died on August 16, 1842 at Bourbon County, KY, USA.13,14,15 His estate was probated in February, 1843 at Bourbon County, KY, USA.16

     Denton Offutt was born circa 1790.2 He was born between 1803 and 1807.3,4 He was mentioned in the will of Samuel Offutt on October 13, 1825 at Jessamine County, KY, USA.5,6 Denton Offutt Denton apparantly had some great influence on the life of Abraham Lincoln, as he gave him a job as a store clerk. before 1860.7 He lived on July 10, 1860 at New Orleans, Orleans Parish, LA, USA.8 He commenced a suit against John Rarey on January 31, 1861 at New Orleans, Orleans Parish, LA, USA.9 He died after January 31, 1861.2,10,11,12

Charles appoints his wife Sarah as executrix. The will was placed into the record of the court August 18, 1854, and Sarah was named executrix on November 13, 1854.
