Offutt. He also states that after the death of his son that any and all slaves should be set free, and if they so wished and there were funds available they were to be transported to Liberia. Once those bequests were completed, it was his wish that his relations recieve any remaining estate, except for William Saunders or Cary his wife who he desires to exclude them from his estate. Charles appoints his wife Sarah as executrix. The will was placed into the record of the court August 18, 1854, and Sarah was named executrix on November 13, 1854.
