     John Bowie Sr. was born in 1688.1,2 He married Mary Mullikin. John Bowie Sr. immigrated in 1705 to MD, USA.3 He was found in 1730 in the property records at Mattaponi Estate.4 He died in 1759. He left a will on March 24, 1759.3 His estate was probated on April 23, 1759.3
