Annie Rose Grady was born on March 8, 1867 at Lebanon, Lebanon County, PA, USA.4,5,6,7,8 She married William Marion Offutt, son of Cornelius Adolphus Offutt and Laura Salome Trunnel, on June 14, 1891 at Lebanon, Lebanon County, PA, USA.9,10,11 As of June 14, 1891,her married name was Offutt.9,11 Annie Rose Offutt and William Marion Offutt appeared on the Twelfth Federal Census of June 19, 1900 at Borough of Brooklyn, New York, Kings County, NY, USA.12 Annie Rose Offutt and William Marion Offutt appeared in the Thirteenth Federal Census of April 28, 1910 at 26th Ward, New York, Kings County, NY, USA.13 Annie Rose Offutt and William Marion Offutt appeared in the Fourteenth Federal Census of January 3, 1920 at Brooklyn, Kings County, NY, USA.14 Annie Rose Grady died on January 19, 1931 at Brooklyn, NY, USA, at age 63.15,16,17 She was buried on January 22, 1931 at St. John's Cemetery.18
