Mrs. Offutt was a member of the Methodist church. Among those surviving is Mrs. Lucy Berton, a daughter, of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held at the Nashville Methodist church at 1 p. m. Saturday and burial will be at the Mount Olive cemetery at Peoga.
