He and Andrew Aloysius Stanislas Offutt There is some question in my mind, as well as in Kathie Wycoff's that this child belongs to this marriage. In fact he may be a child of Zachariah A. Offutt and his wife, though they already have a child listed, unless this Andew was born and died at a young age. There is no Andrew with the family in the 1860 Census on May 28, 2015.
