I was six months old when father came home from the war. He came when the war closed.

.^15,16 He On this date I merged the two Jesse's together, based on dates and information from other Offutt researchers I feel that they were one in the same. on February 5, 2000. He Children for this marriage taken from a pension application. Cassandra his daughter filed an application that was rejected for fraud. The basis for the rejection seems to be that two different people were involved in filling out the claim paperwork. Though the application has rejected for fraud, Jesse was in fact a Revolution Soldier and was issued a land grant for 278 1/2 acres. This Jesse supposedly served in the S. C. Militia.
