     Lucy F. Hayden This is assumed to be the Lucy that died. This would make her older than the second Lucy. Consequently, the birth order was reversed for the purpose of this report. It appears this was a single birth while the other Lucy was Luther Franklin's twin. According to records, this child was born to Jon. and Elizabeth. Possibly a typo but says negro/female. There is some problem with the birth date but the records will need to be re-checked before it is corrected. Died aprrox. 1991-1992. She was born in April, 1880.1 She died between 1991 and 1992.2

     Fannie H. (?) The dates from the census seem more correct, i.e. b. 1850. Original information had name as Fannie H. Peverill, that wouldn't have been her maiden name, so changed to a ?. She was at home. She was naturalized in 1855.1 She was born on December 7, 1857 at England.1 She married George Peverill in 1875.1 As of 1875,her married name was Peverill.1 Fannie H. (?) died on November 23, 1933 at 1404 Massachusetts AVE, Washington, DC, USA, at age 75.1 She was buried after November 23, 1933 at Bethel Cemetery, Alexandria, VA, USA.2

     Edith E. Peverill was born on July 7, 1878 at VA, USA.1 She married Clifton Hayden II, son of John Thomas Hayden and Mary Elizabeth Hayden, in 1894.1 As of 1894,her married name was Hayden.1 Edith E. Peverill died on October 1, 1903 at Alexandria, VA, USA, at age 25.2 She was buried at Bethel Cemetery, Alexandria, VA, USA.3 She Census, Edith's daughter, Fannie M. Hayden, was living with Edith's parents and Edith's 4 sisters. Fannie was 14 in 1910. Edith died when Fannie was about 7 years old. There doesn't appear to be any more children for Edith. It appears that Moses and Clifton married sisters. On tombstone: Tis sad to part from one we love But God knows best, his will be done.(footstone "E.E.H.") Beloved wife of Clifton Hayden (dates). in 1910.

     William Anderson Shinn Per "Aunt Sis" Horseman - William was in the Civil War, PA Dutch, PA. He was shot in the shoulder taking a rebel flag off the Marshall Building in Alexandria. I was unable to verify this in the Civil War Library at Ft. Ward, Alexandria. There was a similar event but a different building and his name was not among those listed as involved. Lucille said "Mary" has the family bible with info & picture of him in uniform. Age 92 at death. He was church sexton, farmer. He was born in 1834 at Burlington, NJ, USA.1 He married Julia Ann Mullings in 1896.1 William Anderson Shinn died on May 27, 1926 at 427 S. Lee ST., Alexandria, VA, USA.2 He was buried on May 31, 1926 at Bethel Cemetery, Alexandria, VA, USA.3
