     William Newland It is brought out in Leon Newland's (The Newland Family) that Hanah Newland was disavowed from the Uwchlan Quaker Meeting at Goshen for marriage with one not of the Quaker society. This was reinstated in 1761 and membership and removed to Warrington, York County, Pennsylvania after the death of William Newland, his widow and children remained in Your County but a few years. He was born in 1720.¹ He married Hanna Benson in 1741.¹ William Newland died in 1770.¹

     Nicholas Newland Records show that Nicolas Newland received 500 acres of land from his father's estate and became owner of 250 acres that had belonged to his grandfather, Nicholas Newland. He was born in 1689.¹ He died in 1768.¹
