Ratcliffe, before April 15, 1900.6,7 Samuel T. Offutt and Annie Mary Offutt appeared on the Twelfth Federal Census of June 1, 1900 at Magisterial District No. 6, Spencer County, KY, USAG.8 Samuel T. Offutt and Annie Mary Offutt appeared in the Thirteenth Federal Census of April 15, 1910 at Magisterial District #6, Little Mount, Spencer County, KY, USAG.9 Samuel T.     TAYLORSVILLE, Ky. - Samuel T. Offutt, 85, Taylorsville, former Spencer County judge, died at 1 p.m. Saturday at Norton Infirmary, Louisville. Offutt was county judge for eight years and mayor of Taylorsville for 12 years. He also was a former county soil conservation supervisor. He was a member of Rotary, Farm Bureau and the Taylorsville Baptist Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Tace Offutt; a son, S. T. Offutt, La Grange; and a daughter, Mrs. W. L. Cox, Lake Worth, Fla. Funeral arrangements are pending at Greenwell Funeral Home, Taylorsville."

Though the obituary states that the burial was to be on Saturday, which would have been the 19th I havr removed that date and used the death certificate date of burial.

I would assume the "other two children" are John T. and Juliet Offutt (9841_MrsJuliaAOffutt_Estate_The_Courier_Journal_Tue_Feb_5_1889_Pg6.jpg) The possible Jenkins connection would make sense as 3 of the people in attendance at the Offutt/Starr wedding were Jenkins on November 22, 2017.
