Thomas Offutt Senior - 22 Oct. 1799 a 13 Dec. 1800. (No wife mentioned)

To son Thomas Hussey Luckett Offutt 120 a. of land being part of a tract called "William & James' to be laid out near the end of the third land.

To son Thomas Wootton Offutt 122 1/2 a. 'to be laid off at my old dwelling where Father formerly lived'.

To son Thomas Levi Offutt 122 1/2 a. to be laid off 'convenient to the new buildings where I now live, being part of 112 a. of land bought of Mrs. Sarah Offutt, deceased called the "Addition to Wm. & James'. and also 6 1/4 a. that I got of Mr. James Offutt of William in exchange'.

The remaining part of "Wm & James" and the One Hundred Twelve to be equally divided between sons Thomas Wootton Offutt and Thomas Levi Offutt.

To my son. Thomas Hussey Luckett Offutt, 1 negro man named Charles.

To son Thomas Wootton Offutt 1 negro woman called Rose and 1 Negro boy called Arnold.

To son Thomas Levi Offutt, 1 negro woman called Winne and his (sic) youngest child called Nancy, and also 1 Negro girl called Bronly and all their increase.

To daughter Charity Bryan, the use of a Negro woman called Diner, my house wench during Charity's natural life. After her death Diner and all increase to be equally divided amongst Charity's children.

To granddaughter, Elizabeth Luckett Scott, 1 negro girl called Flory and her increase, and she shall not inherit the sd negro Flory and her increase until the day of her marriage or at the age of twenty-one.

To daughter Nancy West, 1 negro woman called Hanna.

To daughter Rebecca Neale, one Dollar.

To daughter Elizabeth Lewis Sugars, 1 negro girl called Mary.

To daughter Serena Milema Offutt, 1 Negro Girl called Easter and all her increase.

To daughter Rachel Scott, one Dollar.

To son Thomas Hussey Luckett Offutt, one Horse by name of Treadwell and two Cows, one Sowt and six young Hogs and also 1 negro woman called Clow.

To son Thomas Wootton Offutt and son Thomas Levi Offutt and daughter Serena Milema Offutt, the remaining part of stock of Horses, Cattle, Sheep and Hogs. 'to remain in the hands of son Thomas Wootton Offutt untill (sic) my youngest son Thomas Levi Offutt comes of age or the day of marriage of my daughter Serena Milema Offutt and then her equal and proportionate part to be delivered to her at the age of twenty-one. Thomas Wootton shall during the time of his keeping Thomas Levi Offutt and Serena M. Offutt's property as aforesaid in his possession shall annually draw out of the Crop that is made one-fifth part thereof and the residue he shall return an annual account thereof to my executor annually, who shall cause the same to be equally divided between
Thomas Wootton Offutt, Thomas Levi Offutt and Serena M. Offutt.

To Thomas Levi his 'best Feather bed and furniture and bedsteads his walnut chest and contexts and walnut table with turned frame.'

Other furniture to daughter, Nancy West.

Residue of. household furniture to Thomas Hussey Luckett Offutt, Thomas Wootton Offutt and daughter Serena Milema Offutt.

To three above-mentioned sons all plantation 'utencils' to be equally divided.

To Thomas Wootton Offutt, waggon and waggon Gear for use of the plantation.

To Thomas Levi Offutt the still and all parts thereof.

To Thomas Hussey Luckett Offutt twenty barrels of Corn, use of the Crop in the ground, and equal share in small Grain provided he continue to finnish the Crop in the ground and that which is gathered to remain in the hands of son Thomas Wootton Offutt for the use of the family and stock.

To three sons and daughter Charity Bryan all money in hand and all due in Bond or note to be equally divided amongst them.

Sons shall not inherit or enjoy estates until age of twenty-one nor daughters until they arrive at the same age or until the day of their marriage. If any of sons die without issues the survivors shall enjoy the lands. If all three sons die without issue. the land shall pass to such daughter as shall survive.
