At a court being held for Scott County at the Court House thereof in Georgetown, Monday the 21st day of December, 1846.
The foregoing last Will and Testament of SABERT Offutt decd with the Codicil thereto was this day produced in Court and proved to be in the handwriting of the Said SABERT Offutt decd by the oath of John S. Morrison, Franklin Payne and Benjamin W. Kirswell (?), and is ordered to be Recorded and is duly Recorded in my Office.
