Entire estate to two sons, E. Winsor Offutt and M. Willson Offutt, Jr., as trustees in the following trusts

... from net income derived therefrom, pay sum of Fifty Dollars per month to her sister, Annette Silver, who then resided in Mobile, Alabama, total balance of said income to the two above-named sons.

At death of two sons, entire estate to be delivered to the Hamilton National Bank to collect all remaining notes in her estate and reduce the estate to cash and divide same equally among all of her grandchildren, share and share alike, per capita and in per stirpes.

E. Winsor and M. Willson Offutt Jr. to be executors. No bond to be required of them for faithful performance of their duties as executors or trustees.
